Who supplies the order

The checkout and order record identify the responsible supplier. Livora may operate the marketplace, coordinate delivery and collect or reconcile payment without becoming the supplier of every item or service.
02

Prices and quotations

A fixed price can be accepted at checkout. A quotation is not an order until the customer affirmatively accepts the displayed version. Estimates are labelled as estimates. Taxes, delivery fees and material conditions must be shown before payment is requested.
03

Performance

Sellers must accurately describe, hold and supply accepted goods. Service providers must perform with reasonable skill and within the accepted scope. Substitutions and extra charges require the customer’s informed agreement unless a lawful emergency makes prior agreement impossible.
04

Records and redress

Livora keeps the accepted commercial version and relevant evidence. Cancellation, returns and refunds follow the applicable policy and mandatory Zambian consumer rights.
